Excellent service. Of course it would happen on Thanksgiving - water coming out from under the kitchen sink. Plumbing Dynamics was at my house by 9 am Friday morning. They even picked up the new garbage disposal. Erin (lady plumber - yes they really do exist) was efficient, changed out the broken disposal in no time, repaired a leaky pipe, and left the area under the sink spotless. Contact them for any plumbing issues.

Water heater was leaking and expected to need a replacement. Chad came out to replace it, but found the intake line was leaking at the nipple. Saved me a lot of money by being honest about the situation. He even checked back with me later in the day to ensure no new leaks were present.

We had piers put under the house and needed to pass the hydrostatic test. We failed and discovered castiron aged about 50 years had numerous breaks. Chad gave a quick quote , no BS. Paid 1/2 at beginning. Half at end. PRICING WAS GREAT. Had 3 other corp plumbing companies come by with outrageously high bids. Support your local family businesses! So a full sewer line clean outs and re-pipe and testing was needed. Tunneled about 40 feet under the house and another 40 feet trench in the yard. Angel and his crew about 4-6 guys worked at our house for 8 days, even on weekends and one nights (with my permission). Hoping to get it all done before a bunch of rain came in. They did! Cleanup was impressive. Managed to save most of my grass. Solid work ethic on Angel and his crew and they like Bomb Pops. Found my new plumber. Pics below.

Excellent service! Erin took time to explain everything in detail which I really appreciated. She then managed the process very well and everything was fixed exactly as promised including when.

As always, they were able to make it out within a few hours of calling, promptly asses the issue and fix it. Reasonable rates for a job well done, inside of an hour! They’ve handled a lot of smaller issues for me over the years, and one massive one, and have done a great job every time.

I have been using Plumbing Dynamics for years! Not only did they replace our entire plumbing system when we first moved into our house, but we have used that consistently for other things since then. They are kind and knowledgeable and I trust them in my home.

Plumbing Dynamics saved the day for our family. Chad was referred to me by more than one close friend so I knew a the very least, he must be good! We discovered we had a slab leak (new to us) on a Wednesday evening. Thursday Chad was out, diagnosed and was my second opinion. He knew what he was doing, had excellent crew of diggers and plumbers, repaired on Saturday (all day in August!) and came back Sunday to clean up. We had just invested in some new landscaping wasnt too excited to have the guys digging it up. Chad said it will definitely not look like it does now but the guys will try best to keep clean. OMG!!!! You would NEVER know anyone dug anything amazing!!! A couple weeks later he changed my hot water heater and has been back to reset a toilet. We have been very happy with this team of plumbers and family business. They are professionals, punctual, clean, very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Best his pricing is fair!! Chad was awesome! Great sense of humor and very knowledgeable! He fixed the issues we had in 1 visit and came prepared with everything he needed to do that. No random runs to a supply store. In and out in about an hour even with having 3 different issues to fix that all ended up being more complicated than he initially thought they would be. Fair pricing too! He even answered some of my follow up questions that I had a few days after my initial appointment. I would recommend Chad to anyone and have already given his info to my brother in law.

ATMOS shut off my gas, said there was a leak It was cold and needed gas turned on quickly. Chad and his team took care of all the city permits. Repaired the leak, work was excellent and a day later ATMOS turned the gas back on. Great work!!

A friend referred Plumbing Dynamics to me, and I will be forever indebted! They returned my call in a prompt manner, took the time to listen to my concerns and were able to schedule a service call within a reasonable amount of time. Courteous and efficient, knowledgable, yet able to simply plumbing terminology to explain what needed to be done. They have the equipment and know-how to access problems and provide solutions quickly. They even found that I had a hidden problem that caused some water damage and referred me to a remediation company that was also quick to take action. So glad I have good friends that know good professionals.

I had a leak in the line from the meter to the house and they were able to get to it right away. I got options and chose what seemed best at the time and I can now say "GOT WATER".

I contacted Cody over a holiday weekend for a plumbing issue that was time sensitive. Not only was he immediately responsive on a weekend/holiday, he was able to schedule an appointment within two days. He showed up on time, was quick to find the issue, and thoroughly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. The best part? He fixed said issue within one hour of that visit. His fee was more than fair in actuality, it was far more competitive that many other plumbers I had used in the past that werent half as thorough as he was. I cannot recommend him and his company enough!

If you want a fair price and good service, I believe this is the place to call. I had a water leak outside the house on the main line. Chad came out, found the leak and offered to repair the leak. I decided to have my cutoff valve changed also and he was able to do everything in one day. Great personality and professional. If I have any other water issues, I plan to call and request Chad.

DO NOT LOOK AT ANY OTHER PLUMBING COMPANIES! STOP HERE! Plumbing Dynamics is absolutely the most reputable, high quality, fair and honest company we have ever worked with. The highest of Integrity and honesty. My parents have a home built in the 1960's in Farmers Branch, Texas that like all homes from the 60's, has needed the water and sewer lines updated. We were so blessed to be referred to Chad and Plumbing Dynamics many years ago and have never used any other plumbing service. They have replaced 90% of our cast iron plumbing and 70% of our water lines over the years, ALWAYS with the utmost professionalism, care and kindness! For seniors, they are constantly taken advantage of and as a daughter, it has been such a relief to know my parents have been in great hands all these years! Recently, my mother (82) saw water leaking in the front yard and, not trusting anyone except Chad (owner of Plumbing Dynamics), called his cell phone on a Sunday and said 'help!'. Chad was booked solid this past summer, however, answered the phone on a Sunday and said he would have someone out at 7am in the morning as they didn't have any appointments available. Sure enough, his man arrived at 7am and kindly assessed the situation. It was not the plumbing at all, it was a loose fitting on the sprinkler line and his guy wanting to help a loyal customer, simply patched it up for her. What other company would do this, when they don't do sprinkler work? Only Plumbing Dynamics. In the year 2022, this type of kindness, care , professionalism and integrity in helping seniors is rare.
